This privacy policy sets out how CeeGee Jewellery Design uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website. I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. CeeGee Jewellery Design may change this policy without notice by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

The information is collected through the completion of online or face to face orders and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order. Details are also collected through enquiries, emails and quotes. My lawful basis for collecting the information is contractual; your information is required for the fulfilment of the order. I will never store your payment details, whether they be debit or credit card details or Paypal account login information.
I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular for the following reasons:

- Creating, dispatching and if necessary, contacting you regarding your order.
- Improve my products and services.
I am legally obligated to hold any data relating to orders for a minimum of seven years for HMRC. Any details about with the processing of your order are used as I have a legitimate interest.

If you make an enquiry via the website contact form, your details from the contact form will be saved for further processing and answering your enquiry.
